We hired an outside company to
conduct a survey of our past customers. We want to know that we are
doing all that we can to provide the very best home remodeling product
in the Denver area.
We understand that undertaking a major remodel
is difficult for our customers in that it disrupts their daily routine.
At the end of the project, we want to insure that we have minimized that
disruption for our customers.
We know that there are things we can
do to insure that the project adds value to our customer’s homes, gives
great enjoyment and pride in the result, and makes the process
What we learned:
I am so pleased
with the results that I wanted to share them with you. Overall 96.7% of
our customers gave us a 9 or 10 on a ten point scale in terms of whether
they would recommend us to a friend. These are terrific scores and we
are very gratified to receive them.
